Whisky & Beyond is a cultural whisky house dedicated to singular spirits, curated experiences, and private access.
We work with collectors, private clubs, and cultural institutions to create bespoke bottlings, private cask projects, and curated whisky experiences. Each project begins with a cask, a story, or a place, and develops into something that cannot be repeated.
For us, whisky is not about distribution or scale. It is about access, authorship, and creating bottles and experiences that have meaning for the people they are created for.
PRIVATE CASK PROJECTS
We curate and produce exclusive whisky bottlings for private collectors, clubs, and institutions. From cask selection to label creation and bottling in Scotland, each project is built around singular casks and releases that are never repeated.
EXPERIENCES
We design private tastings, cultural events, and whisky journeys that combine Scotch whisky with history, gastronomy, and place. These experiences are created for collectors, private groups, and organisations seeking meaningful whisky experiences beyond standard tastings.
ADVISORY
We provide independent and discreet advice on cask selection, bottling projects, collecting, and navigating the Scotch whisky market. Our role is to offer clarity and access in a market that is often fragmented and opaque.

Whisky CuratorTHE BOOK
The Mysterious Journey of Whisky is an award-winning whisky culture book written by Şan Eylem Doğan.
The original Turkish edition, published as Viskinin Gizemli Yolculuğu, was awarded Best Whisky Book in the World at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in gastronomy publishing.
The book explores whisky through history, science, culture, and global events that shaped it. The English edition is also a finalist at the 2026 Gourmand Awards.
